Pailot

Introduction

Pailot is a commercial visual workflow builder from ООО «Профитайзер» (Profitizer). It is sold by request and installed in the customer's contour (the company's private environment — on-prem or a dedicated private cloud), not offered as a public self-serve SaaS with published subscription plans.

Design automation on a no-code canvas: connect language models, databases, APIs, and business tools. Typical uses are assistants and chatbots, internal process automation, and data pipelines.

What You Can Build

AI Assistants & Chatbots
Build conversational agents that integrate with your tools and data. Enable capabilities like web search, calendar management, email automation, and interaction with business systems.

Business Process Automation
Reduce manual work across the organization. Automate data entry, generate reports, respond to customer inquiries, and streamline content workflows.

Data Processing & Analysis
Turn documents and datasets into structured results. Extract information, run analysis, generate reports, and keep systems in sync.

API Integration Workflows
Orchestrate multi-service interactions. Expose unified API endpoints, apply business logic, and react to events from the systems you already run.

How It Works

Visual Workflow Editor
Design workflows on a drag-and-drop canvas. Connect models, databases, APIs, and third-party services through a visual interface.

Modular Block System
Build with specialized components: processing blocks (agents, API calls, custom functions), logic blocks (conditions, loops, routers), and output blocks (responses, evaluators). Each block handles one step.

Flexible Execution Triggers
Start workflows from chat, REST APIs, webhooks, schedules, or events from systems already in the contour (for example Slack or GitHub).

Real-time Collaboration
Several people can edit the same workflow, with live updates and workspace permission controls.

Integrations

Pailot ships with built-in integrations. Domestic connectors in the box include Bitrix24, amoCRM, MAX, VK, and Telegram. Other catalog connectors are added when those services already live in the contour.

The copilot, the in-contour language model, document search, speech, file parsing, and the browser step are part of the platform box — not “another connector”.

  • AI Models: hosted providers you already use, plus local models via Ollama or VLLM when they run in the contour
  • Communication: email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and similar channels from the catalog
  • Productivity: Notion, Google Workspace, Airtable, and other tools already present in the contour
  • Development: GitHub, Jira, Linear, and a browser step for sites that have no API
  • Search & Data: web search and crawl tools from the catalog
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase, Pinecone, Qdrant, and others from the catalog

For custom integrations, use MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect a service that is not in the catalog.

Copilot

Ask Questions & Get Guidance
Copilot answers questions about Pailot, explains your workflows, and suggests improvements. Use @ to reference workflows, blocks, documentation, knowledge, and logs.

Build & Edit Workflows
Switch to Agent mode so Copilot can propose and apply canvas changes: add blocks, configure settings, wire variables, and restructure a workflow from a plain-language brief.

Adaptive Reasoning Levels
Choose Fast, Auto, Advanced, or Behemoth depending on the task. Start with Fast for simple questions; use Behemoth for larger structural changes and debugging.
